| Jesus has done so much for us. We must respond appropriately. |
JesusJesus came, the Son of God, from heaven,living as a man amongst us, O what love! Jesus died, upon a cross for sinners, and he paid the price for our sin, what a cost! He rose again, this Jesus, triumphant over death, and now God exalted his name, above all other names, Jesus lives, in heaven with the Father, from where he will come in glory, King of Kings! 2. Jesus gives, to all who now receive him, eternal life in his presence. What a gift! Jesus knows, our suffering and struggles, for he wept and toiled amongst us, Our high priest! He sent to us the Spirit, to guide and sanctify, the presence of God within us, the promise of things to come! Jesus calls, to you and me this day, to be born as God's own children, Don't delay. 3. We must come, and humbly seek forgiveness, turning from our sin and seeking his cleansing. We must crown, this Jesus king of our life, serving him in all our actions. He is Lord! And live each day for Jesus, showing his grace to all, in each word, and act of kindness, like Jesus did here on earth. We must walk, each day the way of Jesus, loving God, and loving others, as He did. |
